Processing and manufacturing products have their production cycle. Most of the packaging and printing industry is processed and ordered products, packaging and printing are divided into flexible packaging, heavy packaging and so on. Plastic cups are one of the cosmetic packaging materials.
The production cycle of plastic cups must first understand its processing technology to understand why this period of time is the case.
The production cycle of plastic cups is from the moment of the production order. After the production order is finished, the first thing to do is to open a brand new mold for plastic cups with different materials. Whether it is a single shot mold, double shot mold or PET material, or PE material, a brand new set. The mold is open, about 15 to 20 days.
After the mold is opened, the production is carried out. If it is injection molding-extrusion blowing- silk screen-forming, the plastic cup capacity is 500 ml cup, the daily output of one machine is 5,000, and the blowing machine of the workshop is 6-10. The combined daily output is 30,000 to 50,000. With tens of thousands of orders for customers, two machines will be opened, and one day can basically be completed.
When the plastic cup process is injection-stretch-blow-screen-spinning, the time will be shorter. The blow-blow mold is an injection-molded tube blank, which is heated and blow-molded by a blow-molding machine and blown relative to the extrusion blow. Said that the speed is faster, the output is tens of thousands, basically can be completed by opening a machine.
After the cup was produced through these processes, it was not completed. The tens of thousands of cups, as well as the screen printing and hot stamping process, passed the pattern out of the film in the cup body, dried the screen plate and printed it on the cup body. It is a mechanical operation, and the number of tens of thousands is basically about one day. If there is a bronzing process, these cups will be gilded on the machine, and each one will be gilded by hand. Manual bronzing takes almost two or three days.
After all of these are completed, if the cup of PE hairy material is to be individually film-packed, then a large plastic bag or a woven bag may be filled in 180 to 200 pieces. Manual packing time 1 to 2 days.
The production cycle of the entire plastic cup is calculated to be about 25 to 30 days. If there is a ready-made mold that does not open the mold, the plastic cup and the production cycle will be halved and faster.
