Rust-proof strippable plastic formula
Rust-proof strippable plastic formula
Plastic rust-proof strippable plastic formula 1 is to first dry ethyl cellulose at 105 ± 5 °C for 1 ~ 2h, remove moisture, and then crush the resin and mixed wax. The wax is mixed with part of the transformer oil heating; the remaining transformer oil is heated into the inhibitor diphenylamine, oleic acid, and then the two parts are mixed, heated to 150 ~ 160 °C with stirring. After the mixture is all mixed, the fungicide thimerosal is added. After the mixture is melted and mixed, the temperature is increased to 170° C., ethyl cellulose is slowly added, and the mixture is continuously stirred. After all the melted, the resin is added and the mixture is stirred to melt.
Keep it at this temperature for 15min, then hold it at 155 °C for 2~3h, and stop stirring to eliminate air bubbles. After cooling, cut into small pieces and serve. Formula 2 is to add xylene, acetone and dibutyl vinegar in a closed container first, and then add other components (ethyl cellulose needs to be dried), stir it well until it is completely dissolved, and let it stand for a few hours so that bubbles disappear. Serve. The advantages of this product are long rust prevention, formula 1 up to 2 years, formula 2 up to 5 years.
The film is wear-resistant and easy to unpack. It is especially suitable for rust-proof sealing of ordnance parts requiring long rust-proof period, easy disassembly, and timely use. No corrosion problem is caused to all kinds of metals. Plastics can be recycled after peeling. With excellent water resistance, it can also be used as a rust inhibitor for metal materials in the open air. Formula 1 is also particularly suitable for rust prevention of expensive tools and measuring tools, as well as large mechanical parts, poor storage conditions, and rust prevention of metal products that often need to be moved;
Rust-proof strippable plastic formula 1 (hot-melt type)
Ethyl cellulose 32.5g
Pentaerythritol Rosin Resin 10.0g
Transformer oil 44.0g
Castor oil 10.0g
Diphenylamine 0.5g
Mixed wax 1.0g
Dicycloethylamine oleate 2g
Thimerosal 0.05g
Rust-proof strippable plastic formula 2 (solvent type)
Ethyl cellulose 18g
Pentaerythritol Lost Water Malic Anhydride Resin 3.0g
Dibutyl phthalate 4.3g
Diphenylamine 0.5g
Xylene 16.0g
Acetone 56.0g
Magnesium stearate 1.2g
Plastic rust-proof strippable plastic formula 2 can be cold-coated, with a wider range of applications, and can be used on the surface of various vehicles, aircraft, machinery, machine tools, tools, and large parts. When the plastic is coated, the metal surface is cleaned with a cleaning agent with a corrosion inhibitor and dried before coating. The plastic rust-proof strippable plastic formula 1 is required to be used when heated at a high temperature, and is not suitable for porous, complex-shaped, and heat-damaged metal parts (such as lead).
